About Andy Mackintosh

A 30+ year veteran of the real estate industry, Andy is well known throughout Frederick County, Maryland as an innovative and award winning real estate professional.

As Broker/Owner of Mackintosh Inc., Realtors he has been instrumental in overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations. During his tenure, the company has climbed the charts of the local market and now ranks #2 on the list of real estate companies in the Frederick County region. The Mackintosh organization has also expanded client and customer services to include not only a residential and commercial department, but also divisions which assist consumers with new homes, relocation, mortgages, auctions and real estate training.

Many times throughout his career, Andy has been honored by the Frederick County Association of Realtors for excellence in the sales field. In addition, his expertise and knowledge of land development has led to his establishment of various subdivisions throughout the county, with the most notable being Canal Run, a 575 home planned unit development, which features single family and town homes, as well as a community center and sites for an elementary school, fire station, and commercial shops.

Andy is a member of the Frederick County Builder's Association and holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) professional designation. He is also an alumni of Florida Southern College with a Bachelor's Degree in Management.
